Saunji Fyffe, of Urban Institute, will discuss the aspects of program implementation that are key to quality service delivery, the outcomes parenting programs can reasonably hold themselves accountable for, and the surveys/assessments to best measure progress. Ms. Fyffe will explain the research behind some best-practice tools that help frontline service providers and managers in their efforts to continuously improve service delivery to parents of young children. These tools have recently been made freely available in PerformWell, to help staff measure outcomes and improve the performance of programs that teach parenting skills to young families. After her presentation, Ms. Fyffe will be available to answer questions from the webinar audience.
