Housing Stabilization

Housing stabilization refers to the ability of households at imminent risk of homelessness to resolve household crises and maintain current housing or move to alternative, affordable housing without having any periods of homelessness.  This indicator is measured by the number and percent of households that obtain/retain permanent housing for at least six months (or other specified time frame).
